The proposed development of Tyson Summit Subdivision consists of the construction of approximately 141 residential homes with associated street and utility construction in Kansas City, Missouri.  The site of the proposed development is located in Blue River Watershed and bounded by I-435 on the west, 55th Street on the south, Sycamore Avenue on the east, and 52nd Street on the north.
